Reservations:
A payment of the entire amount is requested to confirm the booking; we accept credit cards or, by choosing the option "CONFIRM RESERVATION LATER", bank transfers (5% discount), PayPal, MoneyGram and Western Union

Deposit:
A deposit of 500 USD or equivalent in another currency is requested at check-IN, the deposit will be reimbursed at check-OUT after checking the apartment's conditions

Check-IN & check-OUT:
Check-IN time is from 14:30 to 20:30, check-OUT time is from 08:30 to 12:30
Every late check-IN or check-OUT (from 20:30 to 08:30) is charged 10 USD

Cancellation:
A refund of the total amount minus 50 USD as administrative fees is due for reservations cancelled up to 60 days before the check-IN date
No refund is due for reservations cancelled less than 60 days before the check-IN date or for special rates

Conditions:
No unregistered people can enter the apartments and there is a strict NO-parties and NO-smoking policy
Pets are not admitted
